Late Arrivals

  1. We actually encourage you to arrive early to your photo shoot, especially with pets or children so that they can settle down and relax a bit in the new environment.   Pictures will be much better if everyone is comfortable.   
  2. Arriving late will not adjust the scheduled end time for your photo shoot. 
  3. Pricing will not be adjusted for late arrivals.

Requests to Reschedule:

  1. All request for reschedule must be made 48 hours in advance of scheduled photo shoot.

Cancellation Requests

  1. There is no refund available for Gift Certificates.  Gift Certificates hold no cash value. 
  2. After receipt of your deposit a cancellation request of:
  3. 14 days prior to photo shoot a full refund will be given
  4. 7-13 days prior to your photo shoot a 75% refund
  5. 3-7 days 50% refund
  6. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows will not be awarded a refund of deposit.
  7. No-shows to appointments will not be refunded.

Deposits:

  • 50% of your photo shoot fee is required in advance to secure your photo shoot date.:
